The Plaza offers spacious rooms with microwaves, refrigerators, complimentary wireless internet access, and in-room safes. Their property amenities include a library, public computers, an exercise room, outdoor pool, and indoor jacuzzi. Their on-site restaurant is JB’s, which offers a full menu as well as a breakfast, lunch, and dinner soup and salad bar.
Conference Rates: A block of rooms has been set aside for our program beginning on September 17th through September 24th, 2017.
Standard King or Standard Double Queen room: $89 for single/double occupancy; $96 for triple/quad occupancy
Deluxe Queen: $99 for single/double occupancy; $106 for triple/quad occupancy
Upgraded rooms and services may be available; rates will vary.
Deadline: Reservations may be made at the group rate until the block is full or until the deadline of August 1, 2017, whichever occurs first. After that date, reservations will be made on a space available basis, prices will vary. Call Rich Williams (info below) to see if he can assist you.
How to Make Reservations:
By Phone: Group rates are only available by phone. Please call 1-800-366-3684 or 801-521-0130 to make your reservation. Tell them you need to book a room in the “International British Institute” block in order to help them find the group rate in their system.

Thank you for staying at the Institute Hotel: Staying at the group hotel helps us maintain economical conference fees each year. That seems an odd connection if you are not a member of the hospitality industry. Suffice it to say that the cost of meeting space is tied directly to the number of sleeping rooms filled. To qualify, lodging must be booked within the block; rooms booked through outside reservation systems do not qualify.
